As one of the first outside hires to the LinkedIn News team, I work with senior leaders and creators alike who want their content to find the right audience. I spent nearly 8 years inside LinkedIn, pioneering many of the content systems that support the newsfeed today. I was one of the first people to create a LinkedIn newsletter, growing it to 350,000 subscribers. I also hosted the first daily live show on LinkedIn, which I hosted from my home during the pandemic. Finally, I supported the LinkedIn Influencer Program (now Top Voices) for many years, working directly with executives on their thought leadership. I have nearly 300,000 followers on the platform.

I am an experienced panel moderator, on-air interviewer and keynote speaker. I speak to audiences navigating change at the intersection of work, leadership, and power – translating research, lived experience, and cultural shifts into clear, actionable insight. I have a particular expertise in topics related to gender and the workplace.
