  • CAROLINE FAIRCHILD

Founder, On New Terms Media | Journalist & Editorial Strategist | Forbes30U30 | Duke Fuqua BOV

Caroline Fairchild is an award-winning journalist and editorial leader focused on leadership and the future of work. She is the founder of On New Terms Media, a consulting and media company built on a specific idea: the playbook for leadership is changing and leaders are renegotiating the terms of their work. The company sits at the intersection of original content, executive advisory and media strategy. See my services here. Watch the flagship interview series here.

Prior to launching ONTM, she led strategy as Editor in Chief for Lean In's original research, educational programs and editorial efforts always with a focus on advancing women and creating a more equitable world. For years, she also co-authored Women in the Workplace, the largest study on the state of women in corporate America.

Prior to Lean In, Caroline was Editor at Large at LinkedIn — the world’s largest professional network — where she oversaw coverage and reported on the prominent voices, trends and issues facing women in the workplace. She is also the Founder of Fortune's The Broadsheet (now MPW Daily), a popular daily newsletter about women leaders. A member of the board of visitors for Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, she was named one of Forbes 30 Under 30's brightest young entrepreneurs, innovators and game changers working in media. She is a sought-after workplace equity expert in media such as CBS This Morning, CNBC, CNN and Yahoo! Finance and frequently presents on building equitable workplaces to teams within Fortune 500 companies.

Caroline is now available for editorial consulting, freelance writing, and public speaking opportunities. Contact her here or by messaging her on LinkedIn.
